The client has said that they have completed the questionnaire via the secure link, but I can’t see their answers in EVPro. Where is it?

This could be down to the client not clicking the ‘Save and exit’ button at the end of the questionnaire.

You can check this by clicking on the secure link you sent to the client. If it takes you into the questionnaire to complete, then the client has not used the ‘Save and exit’ button and will need to complete it again.

However, if you click on the secure link and the message on the screen says ‘You have already completed your questionnaire and this secure link is no longer active. Please ask your adviser for a new secure link to re-take the questionnaire', please report this to support@ev.uk for us to investigate.
