Over what period does Regular Investment Solver assume contributions are paid in its calculations?

If the asset you are solving for already has regular contributions entered, Regular Investment Solver will use the same start and end dates as existing contributions.

If the asset you are solving for has no regular contributions entered, Regular Investment Solver will assume contributions are paid from now to Plan Retirement event date.

If you have no contributions entered, and don’t want solver to assume contributions are paid from now to Retirement date, enter a regular contribution of £0.01 under Current Plan with dates you want Regular Investment Solver to use.
