I've just added an Account to Embark and have tried to migrate it to EVPro via the FNZ app, but it says the Account is not there. What am I doing wrong?

It could be that there is nothing that you are doing wrong!

It could be down to timing. Part of this migration relies on a piece of software having 'collected' the client data from FNZ.

This is not done on demand, but to a schedule. It may be that you need to wait and try again a little later.
