How do I allow for a property sale before the clients' next birthday?

EVPro starts its forecasts from the next birthday, so it is not possible to include this in the cash flow by using the action. In this case, do not enter the property value but instead create, or increase the cash (or other intended) asset(s) by the expected proceeds of the sale.
