Can the risk profiler be used as a paper version?

Yes, we provide a printed version of the questions for use offline. 

However, since the scoring includes validations that are difficult to score manually due to their complexity, we strongly recommend that the scoring is completed by using the tool to calculate the score and carry out the validation check on the responses.
