The percentage is used for the dial 'All expenses covered for plan' within Plan overview.
The default is 75% and if 750 or more scenarios come back and say that all expenses can be paid for each year of the scenario the dial is Green. If less than 750 come back and say this, the dial is red.
In this example, only 590 scenarios could cover all expenses in each year, so the number is in red.
Users have the options to amend this figure up to 95% if required.
